Zappy Zwitterion: Verse-K Breakdown

Note:

Hi, before beginning the breakdown, I wanted to clarify the thought process behind this verse and, this should help me explain the lines effectively. I had this realization that whenever I achieve something big, it makes me feel that I am superior in some sense compared to others. But, after various experiences, I concluded that no matter what you achieve and how arrogant you feel after that, you still need some validation from the world to make that superiority complex permanent in your head. The world doesn't care, making it temporary. I feel that a fleeting feeling of superiority is necessary for confidence in some cases, but in the end, it's all about satisfaction and improvement. Now, setting up a line for callback in the breakdown:

My universe consists of many helpful creatures swimming in this sea of the spacetime continuum.

Let's name this line L1.

Verse Breakdown:

Kinematics refers to the study of the motion of objects without the consideration of forces causing the motion. Kingship refers to the state or position of being a king. Kings are often associated with arrogance. So, kingship is a wordplay on ships (representing my arrogance) sailing the sea (from L1). So, this line is the study of the motion of the ship sailing the sea, basically observing the change of my arrogant behavior. The Kraken is a legendary sea monster of gigantic size in Scandinavian folklore, which terrorized sailors, disrupting trades and other sea-related activities. Kraken is also a wordplay attempt as "ken" from Kraken means knowledge. This knowledge refers to the realization that it's all about satisfaction. So, my arrogance kicks the monster's(symbolizing wisdom) kyte (stomach) that disrupts its "trades of validation" with the world. Kraken's kyte is my feeble attempt to recreate the phrase "belly of the beast."

The second line of the verse continues this thought. Kinetic is a term that relates to the energy associated with the motion of an object (ship, in this case). Kiths refers to my friends, acquaintances, and relatives. The phrase knavish knight is an oxymoron (knaves are dishonest, but knights always speak the truth). Knight is the soldier protecting the king (symbolizing my arrogance), but because of that, the knight is dishonest to me and loyal to the king. So, my kiths are kinetic in the sense that they praise me when I achieve something, which builds an attitude of superiority. Still, whenever I start behaving arrogantly, they are the first people to knock the knight, protecting my arrogance, and this helps me jump back to reality.

The Kyoto Protocol is an international treaty on Climate Change that commits to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, based on the scientific consensus that global warming is occurring and that human-made CO₂ emissions drive it. Kat refers to the leaves of a shrub called Catha edulis, which acts as a euphoric stimulant. Kinephantoms are optical illusions in which the movement of an object that occurs is perceived as being different from what the movement actually is. So, climate change indicates a change in my attitude, and it's because of the emission of greenhouse gases (compared to the impact of comments in my life where people praise me). So, this verse sets a protocol in my mind where I decide to reduce the impact of those heartful comments in my life(so that I interpret those comments as motivation), which will act as a euphoric stimulant setting fire or burning kingly Kinephantoms. Kinephantoms are optical illusions created by the motions of the sailing ship (reaffirming the first line).

The Kappa is a mythological monster said to inhabit ponds and rivers in Japan, and it has a very unusual appearance(kookiness). Since I am using monsters(e.g., Kraken) to combat the king, I thought using Kappa's kookiness to represent my strange creativity might be a good way to discuss my thoughts. Kyojin is a Japanese term used for giants or titans. So, Kappa's kookiness kills Titans(my Titan-like ego) kindly(kindly because my ego is still a part of me), crushing my arrogance, introducing humility. Kappa is also a letter in the Greek alphabet. It is also used as a symbol for thermal conductivity in science. This leads us to Kappa's second meaning in verse: my creativity is the measurement of my ability to conduct heat. Here, conducting heat compares my ability to conduct(grasp) knowledge(heat) and convert that heat into something more meaningful, which quantifies my creativity.
