Zappy Zwitterion: Verse-D Breakdown

Diamagnetic desires mean repellent desires. A magnet weakly repels diamagnetic materials, and I compare society with a magnet attracting people of similar beliefs. So desires that go against society's usual functioning require dielectric dedication. Dielectric materials are poor conductors of electricity. So, dielectric dedication means dedication insulated from the judgment (compared to electricity here) of the community. The second line continues the same concept saying that planned decisions are essential to fulfill your desires. Once you reach that goal you had in mind,  your passion will damp the oscillating demons of depression inside.

The last two lines talk about the obstacles in your path. This fear of judgmental behavior from others is delusional, and this disturbs our determination. Discussions and judgments about someone trying to fulfill his/her dreams are degenerate and can affect someone to the extent of demotivation to quit thinking about their dreams. (Hence, destroying them)
